First and foremost, Laurastar is a story of family. It began in 1980 with Jean Monney, a visionary Swiss entrepreneur. In 2019, his children Julie and Michael Monney took over the company as co-CEOs and continued the legacy of innovation, design, quality and passion instilled in them by their father. Today, the Swiss family business is based in Châtel-St-Denis, Fribourg. It has become the world leader in high-quality steam systems and works every day to make your life more beautiful and your home healthier.

Laurastar UAE is operated by Parlogna International Trading LLC, the official authorized distributor of Laurastar products in the United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2023 by Luigi Bologna and Phil Parsons, two ex-Dyson senior executives, Parlogna International was built to leverage decades of experience in growing premium tech brands through an omnichannel model.

Our customer support team is available to assist with product enquiries, warranty claims, and repair services during business hours. All products are covered by a 1-year warranty and supported by a 10-year repair service program. Customers can contact our support team or the authorized service center in Dubai by phone or email for assistance with their products.
